• You’ll know how much it will cost – Our fees are fixed so that you’ll know how much you are up for before we begin the work and there will be no nasty surprises. We don’t think its fair to slug you $100 for a 10 minute phone call. In fact, all of our phone calls, (and emails) are part of our fixed fees, so you can call or email us with any questions without worrying about racking up the costs.

• You will get a longer appointment time – The the law is complicated and helping you get exactly what you need is part of the process and we do not want you to rush through your instructions.

• Your calls WILL be returned as soon as possible– If you call us and we are with a client, please leave a message, your call WILL be returned as soon as we are able.

• You will always understand exactly what we’re talking about. - We don’t believe in legal jargon and always give our advice in plain English.

• We provide a fast, efficient and friendly service – we know you don’t want to wait weeks to finalise those important matters, in fact, if you are having our simple documents prepared, we can usually finalise them at the first appointment or shortly thereafter (depending on the documents and their complexity).
