Have you recently gotten married! Here's what you need to do!

So you have recently tied the knot!  Congratulations!  Such an exciting time.  New life ahead of you!

You might have moved into a new home, opened a joint bank account, be planning the next phase of your life together.

But there might be a couple of things you haven’t turned your mind to.

What about your will?  Or do you even have one?

Surely, if anything happened to you, you would want anything of yours to go to your husband or wife? As soon as you signed your name on your marriage certificate, any will you had became invalid unless it was made in contemplation of your marriage.

So, here’s what you need to do!

Make a new will.

Along with your new will, you should probably also give some serious thought to the other legal documents that go hand in hand with a will; Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardian

We never really want to think about these things but fortunately it’s something that can be easily taken care of.

To make things really easy for you, we have Simple Online Forms.  It only takes a few minutes to fill them in and get these things in place.

Now you’ve got all your bases covered if anything untoward were to happen to either one of you.
